We have been professional real-estate agents since 1963, first in Saint-Tropez, then in Megève and Paris. The new technologies and means of communication available to iPhone users allow us to continually improve our work methods with always one goal: to save you time and give you the opportunity to discover at you leisure, whilst out walking and within a given radius, any properties that we might have for sale or rent.
The geolocation on your iPhone (via GPS tracking) of our properties for sale or rent will allow you to discover places, compare, take photos, view our documents, share them with your friends and family and, if you want to organise a visit, obtain more information, or just talk about them, all you need to do is call us or send us an e-mail to make an appointment. That way, whilst you are walking around discovering an area at your own pace and weighing the pros and the cons, it is you who decides whether or not you want to visit a property.
No longer will you need to pass hours in an estate agent’s car or in traffic jams to end up in front of a house, an apartment, a plot of land, which seemed interesting on paper... or from the description made by some negotiator... but which are in fact fatally flawed: a bad neighbourhood, right next to the metro, a busy road, a much less spectacular view...
Our application is not a web catalogue for remote consulting! It only functions on-site, whether you be on holiday or in the area of your search, and only the properties for sale or rent selected by our agencies of Saint-Tropez, Megève and Paris that are situated around you, will be proposed.
You will also be able to view points of interest, distances, access roads, or even the best addresses that we have selected for you.
